I needed to exchange an item for a smaller size. The invoice gave a phone number to ring to make the exchange process simpler, and avoid repeat P&P.
Just got my EE phone bill and discovered that phone call cost a whopping £15!!!! Certainly not worth it for the value of the item, which seemed completely mis-sized anyway. It’s put me off shopping there again. Whatever else you do, please stop using ridiculous premium rate numbers!
