I ordered 3 items, all allegedly of the colour “Dusky Lilac”. The website wasn’t working properly for me to pay using my account, so I ordered using my phone. Items arrived very quickly- no complaints.
However the items were of 3 different colours. I appreciate that different materials cause a variation in shade, but I would have expected them to at least tone.
I tried to log in to review the items, but the computer only recognises a previous order from 2021.
I would have been prepared to accept the items to use with different accessories, except that on of them did not fit (the most expensive) so I am now expected to pay the return postage for this item and/or contact customer services on a premium number. This is not an acceptable way of doing business.
