Tried to order an item on web page and got stuck on 'order and review' - tried THREE times from scratch and this happened. I then tried to order item by telephone and but they said they couldn't arrange Hermes deliveryshop option over the phone! Spent the best part of 30 minutes doing all this. Complete waste of time.
