I have shopped with Cotton traders for years, no problems until I tried
to return goods this time. Suffice to say I still have the goods and Hermes
have two lots of 2.95 for NOT collecting goods. Cotton traders say not
their problem. Well they choose to use Hermes as their carrier so it should be their problem. After so many years I doubt I will use them again. Customer diservice rules apparently
