I ordered a ski jacket in November. The jacket arrived, but was missing a belt that should be included based on the description on the website. I communicated with the customer service and was told that they would write back to me. Two weeks passed and nothing happened. I emailed again and this time they finally wrote back and told me that they couldn't send the belt to me because it's out of stock. I then said that I would like to return the item and they should waive the shipping charge because it is missing a component and the product is faulty. The customer service agent agreed. Since then we went through several rounds of emails to get to the correct shipping method to return this item. Every link they sent me didn't work. The item is still with me now because the company cannot send me a correct return method. Still trying to email the agent now. It's the worst online shopping experience I have had in over a decade. I wish I read all the bad reviews before I ordered. It's a nightmare.
