I purchased a crossbody bag and within 2 weeks of carrying it, the clasp broke completely off. I sent several emails with pictures before anyone ever responded. I sent repeated emails asking if they still had stock of this bag because I wanted a replacement. It took numerous emails to find out that no, the actually were out of stock. So I had to ask if they would do a price adjustment because I wanted to keep the bag but it was not worth the full price. They did nothing g to accommodate me I was the one that kept asking for responses. I STIlL have not gotten a refund or price adjustment. This is THREE weeks of emails with few responses from them. I DO NOT recommend this company!!!!! They have horrible customer service. There is no US phone number so email is the only way to communicate with them. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least!!
