purchased a Christmas gift, in November. I purchased that early, because along with that item, I purchased what was to be a birthday gift too for early December. To save on postage, I chose to purchase together. Since Christmas, we as a family came down with CV-19, so long story short, missed the returns deadline. Unfortunately they would not budge with their policy. I didn’t even want a refund, I wanted a replacement or even a credit note, but was advised to ‘sell on EBay’ I am appalled with this advise and lack of customer care in these unprecedented times. Rest assured I will not ever purchase from them again, unfortunately for them, I have purchased many items and would have continued to do so but not now. The attitude and lack of care, is very disappointing 😔
