Sent back a £380 Filson wax jacket that tore just getting in the car. It is now over 6 weeks and apart from an initial email from 'Sorah' saying they have received it and are dealing with it they have not answered any emails or sent a refund.
I wish I had read other reviews before buying.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
