Terrible service. Shoes does not fit its purpose. It caused me huge feet pain after just wearing 10 min popping to a local shop. Could not put a shooes on my feet for 3 days. Sent back and they said no refund as it is used. What an actual f.
I have tried to explain it has issues and does not fit its purposes but they dont seems to care and sent back the shoes to me using more packing materials. Very sustainable… After several Email conversations they still say no, simple. Very unprofessional and cant do anything with the shoes as cant wear it.
