I bought a pair of boots for $118
They were of very poor quality and the buckle broke on the second wear
I contacted the store and they apologised and said to send them back at my own expense and I could get a refund
They could not supply me with another pair of better quality
I told them it would be very expensive to send them back so they offered me a $20 refund for my very poor quality boots shrug 🤷🏼♀️
