I've used this shop twice and both times have received excellent service. The first time I bought sandals, but needed to return them and the process was really smooth and simple and money refunded with no hassle. And now just bought a raincoat - again totally hassle free experience. I like that they use royal mail too for delivery. Thank you, Karen 😊
