Avoid at all costs !!!
Use bigger retailers with better customer focus. Country Attire offers no customer service or flexibility on terms, including returns for replacement.
Bought a pair of Hunter boots as a gift, unfortunately unwanted, tried to return / swap but as 6 days out of 30 day returns period was flatly refused. Requested to speak to a manager but told they do not take calls, when asked if the call handler could speak on their behalf, told rather condescendingly “yes, as they deal with this issue regularly and there is never an alternative outcome”.
Next, John Lewis to name but two businesses with far better respect for customers and therefore repeat business.
