**AVOID USING COUNTRY ATTIRE UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES**
They are refusing to reimburse £500 of goods that I have returned, claiming not to have received them, despite the fact that I have used their very own courier service, followed the process down to the letter, and the box has been received in their warehouse.
The customer service is absolutely appalling, obstructive and usually uncontactable.
I can see many other customers are reporting similar problems and one wonders if a fraudulent process is at work within the company.
This company's processes need external investigation-- I am taking this up with the Ombudsman and suggest others do too.
