Dreadful, non-existent customer service. I ordered a Joules top and the wrong one was sent out, the contact for states they will reply within 48hrs, I’ve attempted to contact them 3 times using the form, it took over a week for the first response and I haven’t heard back since my reply 4 days ago.
I’ve also tried to call the UK number and have been on hold for over half an hour before getting cut off. I now seem to be blocked from making calls to them. So frustrating, seems very unprofessional and dodgy. Very disappointed
