I ordered an item 11 days ago and it has not yet arrived. It is almost impossible to contact anyone at Country Attire to obtain help. The live chat is a bot that gives inane responses to questions, and nobody answers the telephone helpline.
This may be just a bad day, but it is enough to convince me never to shop with Country Attire again
