I ordered several custom shirts from CT and after about a month, the cuff separated from the sleeve. I have been buying shirts for over 40 years and never had this happen before. This was shoddy workmanship and the company refused to fix the problem. When I called the US number, I was told that since it was a custom shirt, I cant return it for any exchange or replacement. I said that all i wanted was to have it repaired and was told that they cant do it because it was a custom shirt. I felt that i was speaking with a robot because i kept getting told the same excuse. When i asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told that no one was there-Shocking- but i would receive an email in 24 hours. When I did receive a response, i was again told that they don't accept returns but if i wanted to, I could take it to a local tailor and the tailor could fix it. How insulting, my time and my money to fix their problem. One star was the lowest rating I can give as there is no choice for a negative rating, but this note will have to suffice. At CT shirts, customer service is an oxymoron!! What went wrong you ask, I expected your company to actually offer to fix THEIR problem, not offer a Disingenuous, hollow response.
