Great quality and fit for most of their products. However, it is not like amazon, where if the shirt doesn't fit, you get free shipping back. If you try on a shirt, and don't like the fit you end up paying nearly $10 to return it to them. This makes the shopping experience expensive. For my dress shirts I have the size perfect, but I just bought a polo and the sleeves go down almost to my elbows, (5'7"). Now I am stuck paying $10. Shopping online with American shops that allow free returns may make more sense if you don't know the exact fit from this company.
