Excellent service in the chester branch I went in today after lockdown in wales couldn't find the sketches size I wanted for my son Leigh saw me looking puzzled and stepped in and found what I wanted last pair on sale what a lovely store and excellent staff and attitude I most certainly will shop here again thanks to Leigh and all the other staff who I also observed to be very courteous and helpful to customers retail staff are not always appreciated but having worked at m and s for some years I really appreciated their hard work so thank you
