While browsing, I overheard the manager instruct a colleague to “be aware” of me. I hadn’t done anything to warrant suspicion, and the implication that I was a shoplifter was incredibly upsetting.
There was no apology or explanation, just a quiet assumption that I might be doing something wrong based solely on how I looked or what I was carrying. This kind of behaviour is not only unprofessional—it’s damaging. I believe customers deserve to be treated with basic dignity and respect, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.”

“Deichmann at via Etnea in Catania, Italy, sold me 2 right leg women slippers brand PUMA, and when I returned to Sofia I wrote to the customer service of Deichmann, and they, being completely uncooperative, did not respond at all despite that it was their fault. Deichmann Bulgaria told me they can not ship the left slipper because it is too expensive which means that they will sell 2 left slippers which remained in the shop to another customer. “I bought shoes in store after a very long search. It's a good discount store but for people with a larger feet size (6.5), it's difficult to find shoes that are a right fit. I went once and left empty handed after a long time searching. Today I went again and experienced the same issue. The size 7 or 8 is too big in the back but the size 6 is too tight in the front. There needs to be a size 6.5 as I could find a single shoe with this size.
Nevertheless, I finally found a 'casual trainer' shoe instead of the open shoe style I typically purchase in size 41 (7). Please consider my suggestion and introduce size 6.5 so I never have to experience this difficult situation again if I choose to purchase from this store again”
“New bag can't be returned! Terrible customer service!! DO NOT BUY at DEICHMANN if you smoke or cook!!!!! My mother can not return her NEW bag,SHE DID NOT USE IT!! She did not like the bag once at home cause the shoulder strap can not be placed strait with the result the bag falls over to the side...so completely new she saved the bag in a plastic bag until i bring my mom from Holland the the shop in Heinsberg Germany to return the bag for another or money back.But NO NO NO not possible !!
