Recently went to Birkenhead store to return shoes as heal and sole had come apart. Spoke to lovely assistant Sam who was so friendly and polite and really helpful very person centred she showed us some shoes that she thought we may like. She was very supportive in making sure we were happy with the service we received. She kindly changed our shoes and we were so pleased with how we were treated. A real asset to the company with a real professional approach. Thank you Sam
