Husband purchased pair of shoes at Ipswich store in September. He went into the store 22nd April as uppers coming apart from soles. Member of staff told nothing could be done as they only offer 3 months guarantee on there shoes !
Love the shop but won't purchase anything from them again. Buyers beware!
