Hi I returned my shoes on 30/08/19 via post office. I haven’t received refund yet. I have also sent numerous emails. As yet I have not heard anything yet. I tracked my parcel and it said it was delivered. Can anyone tell me how long it takes to issue a refund.

Mostly I buy my shoes from DEITCHMANN and I have always found them to be very comfortable and durable. And their prices are very reasonable and very good staff. I have always liked the design of their shoes!

In june 2018 I purchased pair of school shoes for 5yrs old with Deichmann shoe care paid £2.99 However shoes has defective issues now I.e colours fade and doing feel off etc, my question is will I be able to exchange or refund for this? For How long does the shoe care cover for all this? Thanks Sam
