I was looking for sandals in your new IPSWICH tavern street store.
A member of your staff called Sarah could see I was struggling to find my shoe size in a particular style. She went out of her way to see if there was a pair. not on display .She went that further mile trying to find an alternative style. What impressed me was when she said I think I have one that would suit you. A very very helpful member of your staff.
