I have been in Deichmann a number of times, but I don't think I ever bought anything. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when I found two pairs of shoes in my size and on special offer. But the real deal is their customer service. I was served by Sajid at their Walthamstow Mall branch. He was so incredibly helpful, kind and considerate. I'll definitely be shopping there again.
