Went to Harrow on the Hill yesterday and popped in to the Deichmann there for school shoes before the mad rush. I was already carrying two bags and a baby but the lady that assisted me was super fabulous that I just couldn't complain about holding another bag. The sales clerk Mitzi interaction with us just proves that there are still kind people in this world and everything isn't just about money. This lady offered me a seat, while she helped my older son to find and try the shoes we needed. I told my son goes through shoes by the dozen and she even suggested a waterproof coating to help delay destruction 😆. I was so impressed this experience that I felt it was important for me to give feedback and to say a big THANK YOU TO MITZI from Harrow Deichmann!!!!!)
