However, she did not check that the shoes I bought were the same in the box as were on the label, and that they were the same size. I admit I checked one shoes size against the box label but not both, and as a result got home to find one shoe size 39 and one 37! I agree that we both should have checked, but surely this could affect your future sales if odd sizes are sold. When I returned the next day the gentleman who served me was unapologetic and almost off hand. I had to accept the other shoe off of the display which meant it was slightly'grubby'. Again no apologies and just a phrase similar to -- that's all we've got so take it or leave it! Not impressed. The date was 5th /6th August 2019. Original time 14.02.
