I was unhappy with the customer service at the Workington store. On 27/8/19 I waited at an unmanned till for almost 15 minutes. The salesperson who did arrive eventually (Karen?) didn’t apologise and was generally miserable. It’s not the first time I’ve had a poor experience here.
