Went today for my first time to deichmann in Canterbury
Was very impressed with the range of shoes but more so with the customer service we received-working in retail myself it is so important to be approachable and friendly
The young lady acknowledged us as soon as we entered, even helping with my purchase by asking what sort of wear the shoe would get and suggesting what shoe would be best
Fantastic
will definitely be returning
Good shoes good prices good customer service = happy customer
