Two girls 5 and 9 years old were looking for shoes to start school so we thought we would visit Deichmann in Chester to see what we could find and to allow the kids to choose the shoes they wanted. For the nine year old it was "Graceland" and with help from Nia we got the correct size and so delighted she kept the shoes on. The other choice was "Hush Puppies" and after a foot measurement Nia alas could not find the shoes in stock but immediately stated these could be posted to the home address! We all thought this was the best solution and the address was given. We bought good quality products, competitively priced and with a special offer to go along! But more importantly two happy kids left the store; so thank you Nia for being so helpful and friendly during our visit.
