You claim on your website, "Our certified technicians are trained to perform adjustments, installations and repairs to your bicycle." Not true!
Apparently, you only perform tune ups for bikes purchased at Dick's. I drove all the way to the store in Carmel Mountain Ranch. You really wasted my time.
