My grandson wanted a pair of Nikes for Christmas so I got online to see where they had them in stock, it showed Dick’s. I went to the Modesto store and Vincent helped me. Vincent was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions and more. They definitely need more employees like Vincent. Unfortunately the size I needed they were out of so Vincent got on their website and ordered me a pair. When I received the shoes apparently no one looked inside to see that the security tag-sensor was not taken off. And yes I was upset for a few reasons. One that I paid an extra $25 to make sure that it would be delivered before Christmas and secondly this was the only present that my grandson asked for and now he wasn’t able to wear them on Christmas Day because the employee that pulled the shoes didn’t do his/her job.
