I bought a Fitness Gear dumbbell rack yesterday at my local Lyndhurst OH location. When I tried to assemble it, the bolts wouldn't tighten because the ends were semi covered. I called the stogrre and made arrangements to bring the rack in & they would take a look at the problem. It turns out that the bolts were semi covered with a coating. A very helpful associate assembled the dumbbell rack for me in the store! A great big shoutout to Joshua!!! Thank you so much!!!
