We went to the store in Bel Mar and were greeted by the Shoe Manager named Arrion Smith. She was amazing, had a super understandi ng of the pros and cons of her inventory and was able to direct us to an appropriate sneaker for my mother who has special requirements to adjust to her foot and ankle orthopedic issues. She was pleasant, friendly, professional and went 100% for us, despite us asking lots of questions. I will definitely send others to receive such great service.
