I wanted to exchange a river tube at Ridgedale Mall. The tube is supposed to be sturdier than a regular pool tube. It lasted 1/2 hour in my pool before it deflated due to a seam that was sealed improperly. The manager said I put it in the water so I cannot exchange it or get my money back. He did not communicate with me just through his associate. I am also in retail and I know product can come in defective and I know you need to take care of your customer if the exchange is legit.
Very disappointed… They got to keep the tube and my money.
