I've been using this brand for over 10 years, and I've never bought it from the online store. That was the first and last time. It was my worst online shopping experience!! Customer service is terrible, inefficient and they don't solve anything. They sent me a product with a manufacturing defect (twice, that is, a zero score for quality control and the warehouse) I returned it, they received the product back, but I have no prediction of when it will be accepted and after that when I will have my money back. Stay away from this online store!!! If you need customer service, it's practically non-existent. Terrible in every way!
