I have just lost 43 records! And my money and my time! I've been contacting them for a while, opened a few support tickets and no one gives a s**t. NO REPLIES AT ALL. They are useless.
Absolutely no customers service, no replies to questions about issues or scams.
It used to be useful platform. Now it is reasonable to AVOID IT! It is worth moving back to eBay or any other new platforms where you are safer buying or selling.
