BUYER BEWARE - IT IS HELL TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR A MISDELIVERED PACKAGE. IT HAS BEEN SINCE OCTOBER OF 2023 AND STILL NO REFUND OF ALMOST $200.00 If I could give a zero I would. I contacted them the day that my package was supposedly delivered and told them it was not delivered. I keep getting the run around instead of just issuing a refund. I have been through all the hoops with filing with the post office like they stated. Then when I sent them the copy from the post office that the package had been misdelivered to the wrong address and was unrecoverable they still would not issue the refund. Have been going back and forth with 3 different people with this company, Christine has been the worst.
