I purchased Redo with my order for an additional $2.98. Redo is supposed to allow you to return without an additional fee. My invoice did not show a Redo purchase, but my total reflected the $2.98 charge. I had to pay an additional $7.45 to return my item. No one would take the time to see why Redo wasn't showing up for my purchase. They just repeatedly told me I did not purchase the Redo. Buyer beware!
I feel like this must be a way for them to make a few extra dollars.
