Ordered 2 Nokia 2720 Flip phones for my grandad, when the day came i was so excited to collect these for them only to find out only 1 had arrived. I messaged the support email only to wait a few days before response to be told there wasn’t enough stock. 3 weeks has passed with not a single update or apology. I’m worried that i will now have to seek legal advice in how to proceed with this company. If i could leave 0 stars i would.
