Saw a review saying Dodax was a site for patient cheapskates. Fine, I can wait, ordered a CD end of May '22. Received email to say it had shipped mid-June, but by the end of July nothing had arrived and I chased them up. Gave then plenty of time due to Brexit etc. Received no acknowledgement whatsoever of my email. Luckily I'd seen other people having issues so I'd paid with PayPal, opened a case with them at the end of August and they refunded me about a week later, so I guess Dodax didn't give them a satisfactory response, if any.
