I ordered a $1100 pump/filter 4/24, it arrived with a crack in the filter.. I called customer service.. they sent me a shipping label to return pump but would not send out a replacement until I sent the broken one back.. Well I needed a pump/filter so I paid for ANOTHER PUMP/FILTER..
I shipped damaged one back and instead of refund I got another pump/filter.. Instead of this being their mistake.. I will not get a refund until I mail THIS PUMP/FILTER back..
I have 2 $1100 charges on my card..
I will never order again from company..
