Too bad 0 stars is not an option. I bought a 1.5 Power Pump and in less than 3 weeks it was making a loud noise and stopped working. I called customer service (bad language barrior) they said they would send a shipping label to return it for a refund. That's exactly what I did. I received an email stating they received the pump and would issue a refund. That afternoon there was a replacement pump on my porch and they refused to issue a credit stating my original did not make the 30 day return policy. What makes them think I wanted to take a chance with another JUNK pump from them? Please people DO NOT order from this miserable company.
