Total bad experience and customer service is non existent. We had a solar cover that we only used one season. We have been pool owners for many years and we have never had one be such poor quality. When we called they ask for photos and an email which we supplied. They responded that it wasnt a covered warranty issue. They didnt even seem to care when I told them they had lost a customer.
Stay away.
