We ordered some chemicals and waited 10 days , we were billed but no product when I called I was told the shipment was damaged, would we like it replaced or a refund we’ll we paid for it , replace it please. The customer service representative said you may get it tomorrow or the next day or the next. What would have happened if I did not call?
