I purchased a Doheny's Inground Pool Pump, 115/230V, 1.5 HP (1.35 THP) on October 12 2023. Yesterday the pump stopped working. I called my pool guy and he came out and said motor stopped working. I caled Doheny customer service this morning about their 1 Year Warranty and was told I had to pay for packaging, drop off at UPS or FEDez, and wait till they received nd then they would give me 40% of the purchase price of $249 or$91. The cost to ship was $64+. i would get about $30 back as a credit for new equipment. My last inground pool pump lsted almost 6 years. Theirs last 9 MONTHS. i WILL NEVER EVER BY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM. SUGGEST YOU DONT EITHER!
