Ordered a test kit. I was sent an email with a ship date. Then another email with a revised ship date (due to backorder). Then I never received another email or call. I called twice to inquire and the first time they told me it would ship the next day. A week later I called and they said it "might" ship but they have no way of knowing. I asked them to cancel the order and they told me they have to send that request to another department??? What kind of Customer Service can't cancel an order? Total sham of an organization.
