I ordered a robot cleaner from Doheny. It's a private-label item with the Doheny name on it. Within less than 60 days, it stopped working. It simply won't start. I called customer service. They were zero help. "You must call the manufacturer to claim a warranty issue." My advice is to skip Doheny and use your local provider. You might pay a few bucks more, but at least you will be treated well, and they will help resolve any issues instead of passing the buck. One of the worst experiences ever.
