I have many pairs of Docs and have been wearing this make for 50 years (I am 74 now) This time, I bought the chocolate-brown Repello suede boots. They are very stylish and well made and feel like they will last a long time. The colour is gorgeous. These boots have a waterproof coating but I used my Doc protector spray as well just to make sure as we are getting a lot of rain. They look great with blue and black jeans and would look equally good with a dress. My only gripe is that while they fit well, they need extra comfort under the foot so I had to order some comfort insoles. I feel that for the price of these boots, they should be comfy without the extra cost.
