Product I was given was faulty and Dyson 5 weeks on after 2-3 calls a week have failed to arrange a successful exchange! Fobbed off by multiple agents and no escalation call back after 3 weeks of waiting. Manager didn’t call back. Left to try and solve their problem on my time. Shocked that such a big brand and expensive product has such poor dysfunctional customer service. No satisfactory resolution and no compensation for my time and trouble. Disgraceful. I will never buy another Dyson product again.
