Awful experience. We paid $700 on a Dyson Cordless Vacuum. I had to return it in order to get a replacement sent. It has now been months Dyson has my money & my vacuum. It stopped working properly after a few months. I reached out to them & have been waiting months for a replacement. I have had to spend countless hours on phone via email & even chat trying to get this resolved. Every single associate apologizes and says that Dyson stands by their products and has amazing service, and wants to help us fix it. I’ve been told three times that they would expedite the new unit & Here I am another month has gone by and I’m having to contact them again. Unless you have disposable income that you just wanna throw away Not purchasing a Dyson. Any type of Dyson. The service is horrific, Beyond frustrating, unresponsive And just an overall disappointing experience. If I could give them negative stars, I would absolutely do that. I do not recommend Dyson nor would I recommend it to my family or friends.
